Transportation:
We recommend getting a rental car if you’re going to stay. Although the resort itself has plenty to do, getting to the theme parks or outside restaurants will take a car. In addition, rental cars are usually fairly inexpensive in Orlando to pick up and drop off at the airport, cheaper per day than if you were to use taxis. However, if you don’t want to rent a car, I would recommend:
Lyft – https://www.lyft.com/rider
Uber – https://auth.uber.com/login/?uber_client_name=riderSignUp
Public Transportation
- Lynx is Orlando’s bus system. Unfortunately, there is not a stop within short walking distance of the resort, but once you do to get a stop, the bus system is fairly extensive.

- Disney World’s trains, boats and monorails are all free and open to the public. They go between theme parks, resorts and Disney Springs. I don’t recommend the buses and boats as they are usually slow and overcrowded, but the monorail can be a fun ride during off peak hours to visit the hotels.
