I hope you enjoyed the stay here!

As a reminder, check out is at 10:00am on the day that your booking ends.  The cleaning staff will arrive promptly at 10:00am and needs the time to prepare the house for the next guest.  Any late check out, which has not been requested at least 1 day before, will result in charges.

Before you leave, or the night before your departure please:

1. Wash a full load of towels, and place them in the dryer.
2. Load and start the dishwasher
3. Please DO NOT strip the beds
4. Remove all trash from rooms, and place it into bins/garbage container – no loose trash please
5. Check and close all windows and doors
6. Put air conditioning temperature to 77 degrees
7. Turn off all TVs, fans, and lights
8. If you have moved any furniture, please put them back

For your convenience we have provided you with 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 detergent pods

Late check out, excessive laundry, trash left in the home, dirty
dishes in sink, and furniture moving will result in a charge.

When You Leave

One more important thing before you leave, I request that you

• Make sure you take all your belongings.  If you do leave behind items that you wanted returned, there will be a charge to mail them to you.
