We don’t have many rules, but we’re serious about the ones we do have.

• No smoking.  If you must smoke, please go outside.  I am always reluctant to charge extra fees, but if you smoke in our house, you will be charged.
• No pets.  We love your pets, but leave them at home.
• Be kind to your neighbors.  And they’ll be kind to you.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in the property at any given time is 8.
