Access the property:	1) Enter Windsor Hills at the front gate and provide you name to security.  They will be expecting you. 2) A key code will be provided a few days before you arrive. 3) Enter the key code at the door lock and welcome to our place.
Use the wireless internet:	Wifi network (SSID): SKF7654 Wifi password:  villadirect12
Use the thermostat:	The thermostat has been set to 73 degrees and we would prefer that you don’t adjust it.  However, please contact us if you feel the temperature is not to your liking.
Use the splash pool:	The splash pool behind the house is available year round, and since it’s your own private pool, open anytime you want it to be.  Please do not adjust the theromater of the splash pool. If you need the temperature adjusted, please notify us.
Use the washer and dryer:	You are welcome to use the washer and dryer.  Simply throw your clothes in and follow the instructions on the machine.
Use the TV set:	The TV sets have Spectrum cable service, so all your favorite local and cable channels will be available.  In addition, the television in the dining room is a smart TV, so if you have a Netflix account, feel free to connect and binge watch.
Use the dishwasher:	Follow instructions on the dishwasher.
Use the Keurig coffee machine:	1) Fill water in the tank to the water link. 2) Remove the old coffee pod if there is already one in there. 3) Put in a new k-cup. 4) Place a cup underneath the nozzle. 5) Change settings to your desire and start the coffee.
Parking:	We provide parking for 1 vehicle at the front house in the driveway.  You can park in other designated areas around the Windsor Hills resort.  Do not park in areas that say NO PARKING. You will be towed at your own expense.
Garbage:	There is a bench-mate container outside the door for garbage pick-up.  It’s the bench with the lid. You can also place garage on top of the bench.  You are not required to take out the trash, but if you do, it will be picked up daily after 7am, except for Wednesdays and holidays.
Food Delivery:	If you do food delivery, call security to let them know your order is coming ahead of time so the delivery vehicle is not slowed down at the front gate.  Security can be reached at: 407-397-1464. The good news – there are lots of options for ordering food. Here’s a few we have tried. – Dominos  – Grubhub – UberEats During holidays, plan ahead.  Food delivery services can be backed up for HOURS.
